The Laurenwood Nursing and Rehabilitation center is a nursing facility located in the
city of Duncanville. The center is licensed both as a nursing facility and skilled nursing
facility and maintains 91 beds for patients. The facility accommodates a variety of
health options and specializes in skilled nursing and rehabilitation.
DUNCANVILLE NURSING AND REHABILITATION
Duncanville Nursing and Rehabilitation is the tentative name of the newest health
facility being constructed in Duncanville. This new skilled nursing faculty will contain
150 beds, and new state of the art equipment. This healthcare facility was a project
of the Duncanville Economic and Community Development Corporation.
AIMEE'S HOUSE
Aimee's House is a small assisted living facility providing beds in a small house
environment. Due to the more intimate setting, residents feel more at home. Live in
caregivers offer a multitude of amenities, namely medical supervision, housekeeping,
transportation, and group and social activities.
DUNCANVILLE INDEPENDENT LIVING CENTER
The Duncanville Independent Living Center is another assisted living center in the
area. Built and sponsored by the Duncanville Lions Club, the entire facility is disability
accessible and features numerous amenities.
