“ Duncanville is a peaceful and convenient place to live. Most all your needs can be met within a five mile or less radius. It possesses a distinct sense of history and community.” (Joyce)

“In 2006, my mom left her home of 63 years in New York to move to Duncanville . She moved into a beautiful apartment in a mature community and enjoyed the many benefits of new friends and a very active lifestyle. Mom never regretted the move – she spent the best 3 years of her adult life here in Duncanville !” (Barbara)
“ Duncanville has great access to emergency and medical facilities. It has a renovated and active senior center as well as many living choices, from owning your own home in a nice neighborhood to active senior living at Champions Cove.” (Joyce)
